Deriv account identifiers (login IDs, account type and currency) returned to us when you authorise DreProAI through Deriv OAuth.

Membership records: the plan you hold, when it was activated, when it expires and the activation code used.

Basic operational logs used to keep the service secure and to investigate faults.

We never receive, request or store your Deriv password, and we never ask for card or wallet credentials.

Access to your Deriv account is granted by a token you can revoke at any time in your Deriv security settings.

To verify that the account requesting the terminal holds an active membership.

To route the trading instructions you initiate to Deriv and display the results back to you.

To provide support, prevent abuse of activation codes and improve the platform.

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service, and with Deriv when executing actions you request.

Membership records are kept while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and abuse prevention.

You may request a copy of your data or ask for its deletion by contacting support. Deleting membership data ends your access.

Connections are encrypted in transit. Access to membership data is restricted to administrators and enforced by database-level access rules.
