Terms of use
Last updated September 2026
By connecting a Deriv account and using DreProAI you agree to the terms below.
What DreProAI is
DreProAI is a software workspace for analysis and automation. It is a tool, not a broker, not a fund manager and not a financial adviser.
DreProAI is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Deriv. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Your account and responsibility
You are solely responsible for every order placed through your Deriv account, including orders placed by automated strategies you start.
You must be legally permitted to trade the relevant products in your jurisdiction and must comply with Deriv's own terms.
You are responsible for keeping your device, browser session and Deriv authorisation secure.
Memberships and activation codes
Access is granted by an activation code that links to the Deriv identity that redeems it. Codes are single-use and non-transferable.
No transfer of membership is allowed. Once a code is claimed, that membership is permanently tied to that Deriv account and cannot be moved, sold, gifted, swapped or reassigned to another person or another Deriv account for any reason, including a change of device, email or broker account.
Payments are handled manually. Access begins once a code is redeemed and ends at the expiry shown on your plan page.
Sharing, reselling, transferring or attempting to duplicate activation codes may result in immediate suspension without refund.
No performance guarantee
Statistics, accuracy figures, backtests and rankings are illustrative and based on historical or simulated data. They are not a promise of future results.
You may lose some or all of your capital. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
Broker rules override this app
Deriv sets its own trading rules and they always take priority over anything you configure here. Deriv may refuse, restrict, cancel or reverse a trade at its discretion.
Examples you should expect: trades may not be offered during the first ten minutes or the last hour of a market's session; an accumulator position closes itself when it reaches its maximum payout, its maximum number of ticks or a range limit, whichever comes first; and selling a digital option may not be possible in the final fifteen seconds before expiry.
This means a session can end earlier or later than the settings you chose, and a manual close request can be rejected. DreProAI cannot override those limits.
Market data and fair use
Prices and history shown here come from your own authorised broker connection and are for your personal use in your own session only. You may not republish, resell, share or redistribute that data.
Deriv restricts excessive requests and abnormal trading activity. Running unusually heavy scanning, sharing one connection between people or automating in ways that strain the broker's systems can lead Deriv to block your connection, suspend trading, reverse trades or close your account.
You agree to use the platform within these limits, and you accept that consequences applied by Deriv to your broker account are outside our control.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Market feeds, third-party APIs and networks can fail or lag.
Features may be added, changed or removed, and these terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreProAI is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data loss or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, attempts to bypass the paywall or activity that risks the platform or other users.
